We offer free shipping across the United Arab Emirates on every order — no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GST) on a business day ship the same day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch, and you can track your order any time on our tracking page.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Returns within the UAE are free via a prepaid label.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every piece is backed by our 2-year colour warranty against fading, tarnishing or discolouration. If it ever changes colour, we replace it free.
Products & Care
Is the jewellery waterproof?
Yes. Our pieces are made from surgical-grade stainless steel with a bonded PVD coating — safe to wear in the shower, at the gym, and in the sea.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?
No. The pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-safe.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Rinse with lukewarm water after heavy sweat or saltwater, dry with a soft cloth, and store in its pouch. Avoid bleach, perfume and acetone.
