Overview — Welcome to Lulu. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Lulu (MVDT Trading Company V.O.F.). These Terms, together with our linked policies, govern your use of our store and services. By using the store you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The store is powered by Shopify.

1. Access & account — By accepting these Terms you confirm you are of legal age. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Products — We aim to display our products accurately. Colours may vary by device. Product descriptions may change at any time; we may discontinue products or limit quantities.

3. Orders & acceptance — Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance; payment must be received and processed first. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Prices & payment — The price shown at the time of order applies (confirmed by email). All prices are in AED and include applicable taxes. Shipping within the UAE is free; any additional costs are shown clearly before checkout.

5. Shipping & delivery — Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on hand-over to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns — Governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property — All content (brand, text, images, design) is owned by Lulu or its licensors and protected by law. Personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Warranty — Statutory rights apply, in addition to the voluntary 2-year colour warranty described in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability — To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

10. Governing law — These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, including the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes — We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
